Founded in 1996 by Ramon Covarrubias and his wife, Xurro began as a humble stand at Chicago’s Maxwell Street Flea Market. Today, it continues to honor its heritage by crafting fresh, handcrafted churros using only the finest ingredients — a sweet reflection of their journey and values
